How to Drink more Water

We all should be drinking more water, but I know, at least for me, it can be hard to get in enough water in a day. Use the tips below to increase your water intake and skip the soda.  ⁣

⁣Flavor your water with...⁣

  • Lemon ⁣

  • Mint and strawberries⁣

  • Cucumbers⁣

  • Frozen fruit⁣

  • Basil leaves⁣

Just add whatever you love to your water, so you never touch fizzy drinks again. My personal favorites are lemon and mint. ⁣
