Using benzoyl peroxide as a cleanser and also as a spot treatment is fine as long as you don't have sensitive skin. Benzoyl peroxide is a great ingredient to treat acne it's actually one of my favorites but make sure you wash your hands afterwards and wash your skin completely because it can bleach your towels.
