Easy to remove water based liquid eyeliner is recommended so that you don’t rub your eyes too much when you are trying to remove your makeup (Oil based eye makeup and makeup removers will weaken the glue.) Be sure to keep your lashes clean, using a lash specific cleanser twice a week.
